Overview:
We are seeking a talented Outside A&D Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, construction, and renovation projects. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in our sales team, reporting directly to the Sales Manager in Edmonton. Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate and nurture relationships with architects and designers in the Greater Edmonton Area. You will drive sales by specifying our products for projects of all sizes, ensuring consistent engagement and satisfaction among our client bases.

Key Responsibilities:

· Maintain a full pipeline and consistently book appointments to meet sales targets.
· Provide comprehensive notes and documentation on market opportunities.
· Conduct regular visits to architects and designers, presenting our products effectively.
· Keep design samples and libraries updated, introducing new products as required.
· Attend and host events and gatherings with industry associations to expand our network.
· Stay informed about market changes and competitive products.
· Showcase our product line to clients at the Julian Tile Showroom.

Requirements:

· Proven experience in sales, preferably with the A&D Sales segment.
· Experience in tiles and/or design is an asset.
· Strong communication and presentation skills.
· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Reliable vehicle and willingness to travel within the designated area.
· Familiarity with architectural and design processes.
· Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
